Coming this fall, the newest addition to the Bossier City restaurant circuit is Four Juans – a fine dining take on standard Tex-Mex cuisine.
“We will be serving staples such as enchiladas, tacos and fajitas,” explains chef Juan Ortiz, “But at prices you might find in a 4-star restaurant.”
“Something like this just doesn’t exist in the Shreveport-Bossier area, we have something very unique here. We put cheese on our beans. Our rice – Spanish rice. Can’t beat it,” described chef Juan Don.
“Fine dining should be an experience. Forget the grand piano, we will have a grand mariachi band playing at all times. Our drinks will have those little umbrellas in them as well, what other restaurant in town is doing these things?” said chef Juan John.
“Speaking of drinks, we’ll be doing something unique to our restaurant called the ‘Cheery Time’ where our specialty drink, the Margarita™, will be half-price for a pre-determined amount of time. You definitely won’t want to miss it,” exclaimed chef Juan Milagro.
Four Juans will be opening Fall 2019, or just whenever they finish. Their future catering food truck has already been banned.
